24 weeks!  Well, 24 weeks is debatable.  I am hoping that this baby will be born in June.   I am going with a June 3rd due date (based on my calculations).  The midwives are saying end of May (based on the ultrasounds).  I am hoping to use the power of positive suggestion, even though I am sure the odds are in favor of a May birth.  I know it sounds unusual for a pregnant woman to be hoping her baby will come later than expected, but I do have some reasoning behind this...  Shila's birthday is May 19th, and I was due with her at about the same time that I am due with this baby.  I want their birthdays to be a couple weeks apart instead of at the same time.  I know, I can't control everything, but it doesn't hurt to try.  ;o)

Happy Friday!

The sun was shining so the girls and I decided to go to the park.  There were still traces of snow on the ground from yesterday's dusting, but it was a beautiful day.

Ellary found everything she could to stack on the chair and sneak the treat bowl.  They have both tried this stunt before, but this was the first time one of them was actually successful.  I guess Ellary's reach has grown.

One day she is stealing my heart with that little smile and the next day she is stealing treats off the top of the fridge.  Where did the time go???

I scored at the clearance rack today... buy one clearance item get a second for $2.  Two pair of shoes for $11!  The girls couldn't have been more excited about their new "rock star" shoes.

Ben 10: Alien Trance

The new obsession in our house is Ben 10:Alien Force.  Ellary came home from school insisting on watching this show and it has been Ben 10 this, Ben 10, that ever since.  Apparently the boys in her class are all about Ben 10 and now so is my daughter (correction, both of my daughters).
