The girls and I met our friend's at the park this morning.  It was beautiful at 9:30 a.m., but by the time we left at 11:00 it was already getting hot.  Ellary and Shila had lots of fun playing with their friends and, of course, Keaton slept.

Ellary and Tanner on the tire swing.  Ellary got a little carried away today on the tire swing and actually threw up from getting so dizzy.  It was only the second time she has ever thrown up, the first was from a flu almost three years ago.
